How do I sign up for a membership plan?
You can sign up by calling our reception team on 01932 348864 or by enquiring during your next appointment. We will set up your direct debit and you can start enjoying your benefits immediately.

Is there a minimum contract period?
Both our Essential and Enhanced plans are rolling monthly memberships with no long-term commitment. You can cancel with 30 days notice. Annual plans are available at a discounted rate.

Can I switch between plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing month.

What happens if I miss an appointment?
We understand life gets busy. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Unused appointments cannot be carried over, but you maintain access to emergency appointments and your other membership benefits.

Does the membership cover specialist treatments?
The 10% discount applies to non-specialist treatments only. Specialist treatments such as implants, orthodontics, and complex oral surgery are not covered by the discount but may be eligible for our finance options.

Is worldwide emergency cover the same as travel insurance?
No, the worldwide dental emergency assistance scheme provides support specifically for dental emergencies while travelling — it does not replace comprehensive travel insurance. It covers emergency dental treatment costs up to specified limits when abroad.
